Valve-bars of electric main brake door working in the condition of high-temperature (535deg C),high-pressure (12.75 MPa) and water vapour over a long period of time in many slight steam-erosiv editch marks distributed ont he suface of it.So the compound layer by electro-brush copper and nickel is adopted to repair the ditch marks.The results of the practic show the postrepaired valve-bars are able to meet the requirement,and is well worth spreading widely.
