This paper proposes a method of both the active and the passive vibration controls using a elastically supported a actuator for a flexible plate structure with an aim to reduce the radiated noise. Here, high frequency range is difficult to reduce the radiated noise by the active vibration control. For this reason, it is necessary to use the passive vibration control using the dynamic vibration absorber in high frequency range. That is, two conflicting vibration control methods are tried to be combined in this study.
