摘要

This paper mainly discusses the pulse subdivision theory of sinusoidal-wave-output grating ruler (also named grating displacement transducer) on displacement measure. Based on this theory, comparing to the orthogonal square wave output of teh grating ruler, without reducing the grating distance, the grating ruler differentiate rate of displacement measure can be improved 1 approx 3 level. Finally, the article inttroduces a new grating ruler displacement measure system based on embed-controller with the functions of signal processing and displacement couting. This system owns characters of automatically clear up the cumulative error and no limit to the counting length.
