This article mainly introduces the establishmant of the on-line surveying system and the testing techniques of the mechatronics parameters such as displacement, velocity, rotating speed, temperature and the flow rate. By the proper design of hardware and software, the whole system possesses of many functions: surveying, dealing, monitoring, warning, displaying and recording, etc. So it can be used to achieve the goals of automation and intelligence.
