摘要

An experimental mechanics method-reflective high sensitivity moire interferometry was applied to measure the electrostrictive effect in relaxor ferroelectric ceramics. A phase-type blazed diffraction grating of 1200 lines/mm was successfully replicated on the surface of the specimen. Under the illumination of two coherent collimated laser beams in different incident direction, the moire interference fringe patterns of in-plane and out-of-plane displacement fields caused by applied voltage were obtained. A digital image processing system with CCD and personal computer was adopted to collect and process the moire fringes automatically. So the longitudinal and transversal strains versus the applied electric fields were determined.
