Mechanical shocks cause a great deal of transport damage. Practicable systems for the measurement of such shocks under real conditions must met a number of basic requirements. Of prime importance is the restriction to those shocks that are relevant to the damage. We are presenting a family of stand-alone data loggers for the implementation of a variety of measuring functions.
