摘要

This paper presents sensors based on coaxial resonators, specifically designed for cryogenic flows. Design and optimisation of the main characteristics of coaxial resonators are considered. Metrological characteristics such as the calibration curve, sensitivity and accuracy are also discussed. A novel method for slip measurement is proposed. Methodology for the determination of flow rate parameters and automatic measuring system architecture based on coaxial resonators are described.
