The paper is devoted to TEM quantitative characterization of the dislocation substructure formed during high temperature steady state deformation of the oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) alloy INCOLOY MA956. Practical methods for dislocation density and Burgers vector analyses are briefly described. The results provide support for the theoretical understanding of deformation behaviour of ferritic ODS alloys.
