A faceted user interface agent for searching documents on digital libraries

摘要

This paper describes a faceted user interface agent for searching digital libraries on the WWW.The specific features of this system are the following: a user interface agent for guiding Internet users to buld their own queries,helping them to increase the retrieval of relevant documents,learning users' interests,and providing a model for cataloging user keywords in a faceted scheme.
