CMOS Schmitt trigger with zero hysteresis

摘要

This paper presents a novel CMOS Schmitt trigger which combines both positive and negative feedback loops in its circuit. Having a zero amplitude hysteresis the proposed structure possesses an inherent insensibility towards the input noises. This new feature is named "time-domain insensibility" or "dynamic hysteresis" and gives a simple and efficient way to improve the overall noise immunity of the complex systems.
