Continuous Dynamics of Neuronal Delay Adaptation

We present a mathematical framework for analysing models of interneuronal delay adaptation. Our continuus description yields integrodifferential equations for the complementary cases of delay shift and delay selection, respectively. We analyse these equations for the example of periodic input and derive the general conditions for existence and stability of solutions.
