Calculation of electromagnetic fields of hybrid waves in ridged and channel waveguides

摘要

The method of calculation electromagnetic fileds and propogation constants of hybrid waves in ridged and channel waveguides with inhomogeneous dielectric filling is presented. The electric field have been approximated at the adjacent borders of partical regions using Gegenbauer polynomials with weight multipliers, taking into account the edge condition.
