Celluloylytic enzymes in Phlebia radiata

摘要

Crude celluloytic enzyme preparations obtained from the fermentor cultures of Phelbia radiata after the induction by cellulose or lactose were used for hydrolysis of wheat straaw showing the level of the substate's degradation similar to the commercial Trichoderma resssei enzyme preparation.
