Always successive development of the quarriesprojecting theory has been the reply to the vital economic, social,ecological and other demands, arisen at one or another stage ofthe social progress. At present in the new independent states theproblems of the own industry intensification, the economicsconversion to the market relations and the environmentpreservation gain in large importance. The intensification ofproduction in the sector of raw materials and minerals, whichmeans the increase of the receiving product value on theexpenditure unit, can be achieved by the raise of the nature-useefficiency at the expense of the more complete mastering anduse of the mineral, land, water, forestry and other resources,being in the influence sphere of mining works.
