The time-resolved luminescence and induced absorption of TlCl, TlBr and KRS-6 (TlC_(0.7Br_(0.3) under high density (20 MW/cm~2) pulsed electron beam excitation were studied. The fast decay of luminescence bands attributed to excitons and electron-hole liquid in the TlCl, TlBr and KRS-6 were possible: (i) formation of free excitons as well as electron-hole liquid; (ii) radiation defects creation by subthreshold mechanism. The radiation defects recombination is the diffusion controlled process.
