New stacked ARROW vertical coupler with large tolerance and short coupling length for thre-dimensional interconnects

摘要

A compact ARROW-type vertical coupler for three dimensional opticla interconnects was optimally designed to achieve large fabrication tolerance and short coupling length with low loss. A coupler with very short coupling length was experimentally demonstrated.
