Fault Behavior and Testing of Micropipeline Based Asynchronous Designs

摘要

This paper analyses the fault behavior of a micropepiline according to its differnet function parts. Based on these analyses, differnet test techniques are proposed to generate test pattern. Particularly for the handshake control unit, timing check is also proposed in order to satisfy the bundled data constraints.
