Usually, a microcontroller application use peripheral Interfacing chips mostly, as such 8243,8279,488 and so on. Then we use the ACT of field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) chip instead of a microcontroller's peripheral interfacing expander. The design uses the VHDL and Boolean equation and state machine and input diagram tool, which is compiler design, the techniques.
