On fully nonlinear water waves

摘要

An expository review is given on a theory of modeling fully nonlinear, fuly dispersive, time-evolving, three-dimensional gravity-capillary waves on water of uniform depth. Its relationship with some existing models will be discussed for their differing purposes pertaining to different parametric regimes. Interesting phenomena in various cases will be illustrated by applications of the models with review and discussion of literature.
