Research on Realizing PES Bitstream by DSP and FPGA

System layer is of great importance in MPEG-2. But it's difficult to realize. By far, there is no mature chip in existance nad the related equipment is very expensive. The structure and method of realizign PES packing PCB with the use of DSP and FPGA chip is introduced in the paper.
