The peculiarities of electrochemical behaviour of TiFe and TiFe2 electrodes at their polarization In an alkali solution confirm the results of XPS Investigation of surface state of these Intermetalllc compounds. The different eiectrochemica! properties of alloys above are, mainly, explaned by very large content of Fe in the surface layer of TIFe_2 and different character of oxygen adsorption on the Initial specimens.
