摘要

Removal of LNAPL lens from an aquifer is described using a multi-phase flow model. At the well boundary seepage face conditions are implemented. The effect of inclining the phreatic surface and hte impact of oil entrapment on the removal rate is investigated by numerical simulations. The results lead to analytical approximations of the flow problem.
