Study on the purification of 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene with crystallization

摘要

Experiemntal research on refining of 3.4-dichloronitrobenzene by batch multistage fractional crystallization was carried out. According to the experiemnts, the effect of various operational parameters (such as the temperature and time of crystallization, the sweating time and temperature, crystallization rate) on crystallization process were investigated. This study showed that there are separation stages in this operation conditions. Meanwhile, the temperature controlling area of raw material on diferent concentration was summarized and the operation conditions were recommended.
