摘要

Studies were made on morphology and tribological properties of diamond-like carbon (DLC) coated on nylon 66/poly(phenylene ether) alloy using a hybrid process of plasma-based ion implantation and deposition (PBIID) with simultaneous high voltage pulse and RF power. Morphology of the DLC film was examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) of its ultrathin sections. Friction test of the coated DLC film was carried out in a ball-on-disk friction machine.
