New Rapidprototyping Application

Kira corporation introduce, a new rapid prototyping process named "Selective Adhesive and Hot PRess" for office use. This process is first machine in world to use plain paper for rapid prototyping machine. Essentially the selective adhesive and Hot Press used photot copy process and a mechanical cutter plotter. No leaser mean no smoke and no smell. This feature allow to installed solid center in to 3D CAD room without any environmental pollution. 3DCAD engineer can make model same day or next day just at side of desk. Plain paper is most less expensive and safe material and available from anywhere. Mechanical cutter makes sharper surface from the dataand easy to abrasive by sand paper. Hot press process create good flatness also no culling after lamination. These spec allow to many application and help to cut first development cost. Typical operator for this machine is office worker, no required professional operator like CNC milling machine.
