摘要

A derivative of benzimidazole containing dioctyldithio-carbamate group was synthesized and characterized.Its tribological performances wre evaluated by four ball and SRV friction and wear testers.The results showed that the novel compound (BMZ-C~8) possesses excellent property of frictin reductio and anti-wear performance t high loads compared with ZDDP.Combining BMZ-C_8 with BSF (a kind of borate ester) produced a synergistic effect and thus improved the antiwear property of BMZ-C_8 at low load evidently.
