Computer simulation of some optical properties of one-dimensional photonic finite systems (Si/a-SiO_2)_m with defects

摘要

The transmission spectrums for the layered ordered structures of (Si/a-SiO_2)_m with defect were investigated as in constant inductivity as with the account of dispersion of refraction index using transfer matrix method. Particular emphasis has been placed on the examination of numerical stability of a transfer matrix method.
