The insufficient source of data and climatic variables show many difficulties in developing countries. For accurate data and sufficient information to increase food production, remote sensing teachinque was highly reuired. The ground sampling gives much more information to be used in the design of mrmote sensors. The electromagnetic spectrum response to vegetation type cover and crop conditions give different type of scattering/refletion. The dominant factors affecting the microwave data is soil moisture. The present study is undertaken for observing the angular variation of vegetation covered soil moisture at x-band with active microwave remote sensor. Using this study a regression ananlysis has been done for correlating the data. The scattering co-efficient increases as the vegetation covered soil moisture increases for both like polarization at x-band.
