In current systems, the level of activity is quite low, and the activity share is mainly attributed to the user, rather than to the system. The level of activity can not be increased directly, but it is required the formalization of knowledge on the application context and on the user interface into the system. That leads to increasing the level of interaction, and consequently share to the system. Knowledge formalization, implementation within the system and validation is costly and time consuming. The approach proposed in this paper consists in the design and implementation of a demonstrator, used as a methodology alternative to the end users some concepts, that would be difficult to explain theoretically, and too costly to be implemented. The proposed as part of the Brite/Euram II project FEAST, funded by the Commission of the European Union.
