Detector response #eta#(V) from high-T_c Josephson junction array were studied experimentally at submm waves (#lambda# approx =0.6 mm). YBaCuO thin film structure, paterned on MgO bicrystal substrate had 5 Josephson junctions inductively connected in series and dc biased in parallel. Frequency selective and phase-dependent #eta#(V) response was registered at voltages, corresponded by Josephson voltage-frequency relation up to integer m/n=7 and half-integer m/n=13/2 harmonics of applied frequency. Measurements were carried out under dc magnetic field. Experimental results are discussed taking into consideration that experimental array represents a multi-loop SQUID-like structure.
