We discuss the design of signed RSFQ autocorrelator and experimental results of testing of the 4-channel autocorrelator delay line fabricated using trilayer Nb/Al0_x,/Nb technology in PTB, Braunschweig, Germany, The design is aimed at achieving the frequency band of the order of 1 GHz and frequency resolution of the order of 1 MHz. RSFQ autocorrelator coupled with integrated superconductor receiver is a good choice for use in satellite radio astronomy applications. The autocorrelator has two main parts: signal delay line and binary counters. We report experimental results of testing of the 4-channel delay line, which consists of 86 Josephson junctions. Experimentally determined DC power voltage margins were +6%.
