The influence of tension on nature frequency of transverse vibration in belt conveyor

In the paper, the general formula of calculating nature frequency of transverse vibration is set up; elastic modules of 19 kinds of belts are measured by dynamic tensile test; on the basis of the formula and the testing results, the nature frequencies of transverse vibration are calculated; the charts off-T and f-Lg are given in order to reference when a new belt conveyor is designed.
