It is known that meridional and latitudinal structural systems are distributed globally, uced by global stress field due to the change of Earth's rotation. Horizontal components of centrifugal inertia forces acts from the equator to the poles or from the poles to the equator. The latitudinal inertial force acts from east to west during the acceleration of the earth's rotation and from west to east during the deceleration of the earth's rotation, and it is the greatest at equator and zero at the poles. When shearing force is along with the latitude direction, there are three kinds of shearing forces that are shearing tension, shearing compression and shear. If we consider two shear direction, eight kinds of forces will exist. Latitudinal and meridional structural systems are produced by tension and compression of the model respectively.
