摘要

The fMLP-activated phospholipase D (fMLP-PLD) was distinguished from the PMA-PLD on their relative sensitivity to calcium chelation and tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The receptor-mediated activity was abolished by calcium deprivation and genistein treatment, at variance with the activity trigggered by the non-receptor agonist PMA.
