摘要

The interface of poly)3-methylthiophene) (PMeT) and nine dihydrophenazine derivatives (DP) bound with an aromatic group via a bridge were employed to fabricate an organic two-layer diode Au/PMeT/DP/Al. The angular of twisted molecular planes bridged by a methylene seemed to be much important rather than coordinated C=C bond for a charge separation followed by a vector electron transfer.
