摘要

A novel self-adaptive residual vibration suppression technology for moving flexible structure using interior inlay viscous fluid unit method (IVFUM) is investigated. The IVFU is imbedded in the flexible structure, and a composite configuration is constituted with both flexible structure and viscous fluid unit, which enables to self-adaptively suppress the residual vibration of the moving flexible structure efficiently. To evaluate the effect of the IVFUM, a self-adaptive residual vibration suppression experiment on the rotating IVFU Euler beam is carried out. An integrative signal processing method combined with wavelet packets, empirical mode decomposition (EMD), random decrement technique (RDT) and Hilbert transform (HT) is adopted to process the residual vibration signals and the first modal parameters of the rotating IVFU Euler beam are obtained. The identified results can effectively describe the effect of the IVFUM, which demonstrates the capacity of IVFUM to suppress the residual vibration of moving flexible structure efficiently under certain conditions.
