The study was performed in the modern enterprise woodworking industry. It complies with all international requirements on occupational health. The level of detection of occupational hearing loss remains high. Danger of noise action is irreversible processes in the auditory receptors of the inner ear. In this case, sensorineural hearing loss develops in young working age (42-49 years), often there is a loss of ability to work and disability workers. A study of the status hearing 110 employees, which revealed excess of the maximum permissible noise levels in the workplace from 81 to 95 dBA. State of auditory function was assessed according to the age of employees and symptom severity of sensorineural hearing loss. At the next stage in workers with occupational sensorineural hearing loss early and its manifestations held medical prevention. Medical prevention includes the integrated use of medicines and physiotherapy. All employees absent serious pathology of other organs and systems. Obtained early (after 1 years) and long-term results (after 4 years) status of auditory function. The dependence: the younger the worker and less severity of the manifestations of sensorineural hearing loss, so it is slowly progressing in the regular conduct of medical prevention.
