Strategic vision for making the business of water a source of prosperity for Lebanon

摘要

The scenario planning technique is used to construct a strategic vision of the business of water which could become a source of well-being and new prosperity for the people of Lebanon if taken seriously. This strategic view positions Lebanon as the regional leader in the water industry and offers a clear logic for this. Various views are presented in this paper on how the country will regain its prominence and what progress has been made thus far. Also, emerging business opportunities are identified.
