Mathematical model and self-locking requirements of chain-ring overrunning clutch are emphatically introduced. Based on these, three excellent features - lenity to dimension's variation caused by manufacture or wear, adaption to unstable friction coefficient and ampleness and stableness to self-locking abundance are analyzed.
