Design of static var compensator using MOS-constrolled thyristors

摘要

This paper presents a variable frequency design for static var compensator using MOS-controlled thyristors. A three-phase inverter is designed using MC68000 microprocessor. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of this concept.
