A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PLATFORM BASED ON CLOUD MANUFACTURING FOR 3D PRINTING

Cloud manufacturing is a networked manufacturing mode which focusing on the services sharing. As a new manufacturing technology, 3D printing technology realizes seamless integration of digital design and digital manufacturing. Therefore, cloud service based on 3D printing has become an important research direction to promote cloud manufacturing mode from theory to practice. But from cloud manufacturing concept, the current 3D printing cloud services are lack of dynamic optimization configuration and real-time feedback. This paper proposes a third-party cloud manufacturing service platform which combines social platform and cloud manufacturing. The 3D printing cloud service architecture is built. Moreover, the corresponding model is established according to the service process relationship, and the services discovery and optimization interaction based on Agent is put forward to improve the service process and the user experience. Finally, a service platform for 3D printing is designed with proposed architecture and key technologies, and a case is described to illustrate the service process.
