摘要

Luminescence of silica porous glasses obtained by different methods was studied using a small-size scanning UV laser probe as an excitation source. The revealed inhomogeneities are attributed to variations of chemical reaction rates in processes of quantum-size silicon domain formation. The irreversible decay of light emission efficiency was observed that was connected with light-stimulated oxidation of silicon clusters.
