A new method which is called a double discharge is proposed here to improve the ozone production. An atmospheric pressure glow discharge generated in oxygen mixture gas is attracted the attentions for the efficient ozone production. Some parameters such as an oxygen content, main gap spacing G, charging voltage VI on the main capacitor, series gap spacing Gm and capacitance C2 connected with a trigger electrode are varied to get the ozone production characteristics.
