摘要

The final goal of this study is the implementation of an efficient and user-friendly "biochemical engineering system analyzing tool (BEST-KIT)" integrated the following key modules: 1) mathematical modeling and editing of reaction scheme, 2)automatic derivation of simultaneous nonlinear differential equations of reaction scheme, 3)numcrical simulation of reaction scheme, 4)visualization of the numerical results, 5)evaluation of kinetic parameters and estimation of unknown parameters, 6)estimation of control variable for artificial control of reactor system. This paper mainly deals with the development of integrated interface (UNIX version) of these key modules and with the algorithm of automatic derivation of simultaneous nonlinear differential equations.
