The operation of a Josephson transmission line (JTL) with 20 HTS bicrystal Josephson junctions and of a balanced current comparator has been demonstrated in the temperature range from 30K to 40K. The propagation of SFQ pulses in the JTL was studied numerically by computer simulation and experimentally by measuring the dependencies of dc output voltage, V_(dc), of the JTL on the generator current I_g. The correct sequence of switching of the balanced comparator for different values of operating frequency and signal current I_g has been determined by dc measurements. The sensitivity △I_x of the balanced comparator was 40μA at 20GHz and 220μA at 80GHz and 40K.
