By reaction experiments and parameter estimations, three kinds of coking kinetic models for gas oil catalytic cracking were established. The best statistical fit of experiment data was obtained by the coking model for zero-order dependencies. This work points out that the catalyst activity of coking reaction was reduced linearly with coke amount deposited on the catalyst, for which the distribution of coke on catalyst was uniform. In the end, we give a conclusion that the initial coking rate and the activity reducing rate of coking reaction to coke content of catalyst of Gudao gas oil are the greatest, and that the initial coking rate and reducing rate of the catalyst of Daqing gas oil are the least.
