摘要

Though application of chemiluminesence detection effectively acheives higher sensitivity, it still restricted by classical ELISA immunoreaction model. Naser successfully acheived 10-20-foid sensitivity by co-incubating the standard bridge antibody and enzyme-linked secondary antibody in ELISA to detect immobile antigen, In our paper, theorical treatment are given. it also proved that sample can also be detected by co-incubation with other standard immunoreagents without washing step. With chemiluminesenee detection system, a new method termed Chemiluminesence Single Incubation Multilayer immune Technique (CLSIMIT) to determinate RV in exerement is proposed.
