Compact table-based MOSFET model

摘要

A novel, compact representation for MOSFET devices is presented for use in table-based simulation. The structure of the current and charge surfaces is exploited to decrease storage requirements while retaining high accuracy. The model components are selected to track physically relevant parameters.
