A new definition has been given here to the freedom in locating and the writer has first raised a new concept of the Position DOF. And a combining action of locating points and the relations among locating surfaces have been deeply discussed. Here the writer has also affirmed the positive significance of Excessive Location and pointed out the necessity and importance of the excessive location in some occasions of fine processing.
