摘要

The grinding state in a ball mill is mainly determined by R, the weight ratio of detained material to the balls. From the point of view of that the grinding state is reflected by the spectrum of grinding noise, the relation between noise spectrum and R was analysed and a mathmatical model was built based on the experimental data. By using this model, the grinding states in different grinding processes were estimated by identifying R. The results both calculated and measured were satisfactorily fitted.
